Whether supporting a single traveller or an entire study group, RESPONSE provides reassurance before departure and confidence throughout the journey.
RESPONSE™ is designed to support members whenever they are travelling 99 miles or more from home. This means that a student whose permanent home is more than 99 miles from their university may also be eligible for assistance while studying on campus. Should a serious medical emergency occur, RESPONSE™ can coordinate medical evacuation or repatriation to an appropriate hospital closer to home, where medically appropriate and in accordance with the membership terms and conditions.
