What Happens When You Call

Upon receiving the request, an immediate evaluation of the emergency's nature and severity is performed. This is followed by verifying the member's identity and confirming their coverage. Simultaneously, initial response coordination is initiated to ensure a swift and structured approach.

Response Coordination

The response coordination phase involves collaborating with local emergency services to mobilize support. As required, consultations with medical or security experts are conducted. Additionally, transportation is planned, and necessary resources are deployed to the scene.

Ongoing Management

Ongoing management entails continuous monitoring of the situation and maintaining clear communication throughout. Relevant parties are notified, and regular updates are provided. This coordination continues in full until the matter is completely resolved.
