No. If you are purchasing an International LifeLine™ Essentials Membership, you can purchase it worldwide. Though, the International LifeLine™ Optimum Membership cannot be purchased from the following countries and territories:

No, there is not an age limit. Anyone can sign up for a membership. 

International LifeLine™ was created as a result of all of our years of dealing with emergency responses where people had not prepared for the unthinkable. This results in unfortunate deaths and very expensive costs with no guarantee of results.

Absolutely! In addition to Individual membership plans, we also offer Couples and Family plans for the Trip Memberships, Essentials Memberships, and Optimum Memberships.

Shortly after you’ve completed your purchase, you should receive a welcome email at the email address you provided at checkout. You can view and/or make changes to your membership profile by signing into my.internationallifeline.com using the email address you initially signed up with.

You can cancel your membership within 6 days after the end of the month in which the membership was purchased.

For example, if you purchased your membership on August 1st, you have until September 6th to cancel your membership.

The choice is yours!

When you register for your International Lifeline™ Membership, you can decide whether you want it to start immediately or select a future date.

This flexibility is great whether you’re planning well ahead or making last-minute arrangements. We’ve got you covered!

Additionally, you can choose between automatic renewal or manual renewal each year. It is that easy!

A Partner is:

A Couple is a subscribing member and their Partner.  A subscribing member refers to the person who is the primary enrollee in the couple’s membership.  A Partner is: (1) a Member’s legally married spouse or partner, who permanently lives with the Member; or (2) a person who is permanently living with the Member and has been for at least 6 months and the relationship is in the nature of a marriage even though it has not been legally formalized.

A Couple is a subscribing member and their Partner.  A subscribing member refers to the person who is the primary enrollee in the couple’s membership. 

A Partner is:

(1) a Member’s legally married spouse or partner, who permanently lives with the Member; or

(2) a person who is permanently living with the Member and has been for at least 6 months and the relationship is in the nature of a marriage even though it has not been legally formalized.

A Family is:
“Family Membership” means and comprises each of the following:
(a) the subscribing individual; and
(b) the subscribing individual’s Partner (if they have a Partner); and
(c) the Children of (a) and (b) above.

A Child is:
“Child/ Children” means any Member’s (whether the subscribing individual to the Member’s membership or the subscribing individual’s Partner) natural, legally adopted, foster or step child/children provided that such child is unmarried and under age 19 and permanently living with the Member; or up to age 23 if in full-time education.
